The Awards and Acquisitions Program aims to support artistic practice and encourage collecting, while highlighting the importance of Pinta Lima as a key meeting point for the international art community, where art is not only displayed but also recognized, celebrated, and promoted for the future.

The EFG Latin America Art Award, in collaboration with Art Nexus, was created to support a Latin American artist whose work is pre-selected through a juried process at Latin American contemporary art fairs throughout the year. Now in its thirteenth edition, the award seeks to promote Latin American visual art production and increase awareness of regional fairs among collectors worldwide.

In this 2024 edition of Pinta PArC, the jury for the NEXT section award is composed by Alberto Servat -manager of ICPNA Cultural-, Carla Acevedo Yates -curator of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago- and artist Ximena Garrida Lecca. The winning gallery will be announced during the days of the fair.

For the first time at Pinta PArC, a Special Mention will be awarded to the best booth in the RADAR section, sponsored by Unicoin.

Pinta Lima has a strong Collectors Program that promotes commercial connections for the acquisition of artworks and their integration into prominent international collections. In this way, the event brings together various stakeholders in the scene, fostering the promotion and legitimization of Latin American art.
