Antonio Montalvo

Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Granada. He has previously participated in some collective exhibitions as Certamen Andaluz Plastic Arts 2006, Injuve 2007 Awards for Young Creation, Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, Generation 2008. Art Awards and Grants Caja Madrid. Winner of the first Solan de Cabras Award of young art at ARCO 2017 and solo exhibitions such as Bajo un sol de ceniza in Centro Párraga Murcia in 2018 or Museo Ramon Gaya in 2021. In international contemporary art fairs as ARCOMadrid, ZONAMACO in Mexico, ART.Bo in Bogota, Ch.ACO in Santiago, Chile or PARC (Peru Contemporary Art) in Lima and has outstanding work in Spanish collections such as the Center for Contemporary Art in Malaga (CAC), the Rodríguez-Acosta Foundation, CajaSur Foundation, Coca-Cola Foundation, Caja Madrid Collection, Collection Entrecanales, Andalusian Institute of Youth, Gustavo Maeztu Museum or the Faculty of Fine Arts of Granada.
