Statement
Can we dress the mountain? In her compositions, Dana Alessi tries to replicate the movement of the gaze when traveling through a mountainous landscape. Her work is developed in the fields of clothing design, muralism, painting and drawing. Approaching the same theme from multiple supports -such as public places, the body, and also paper and canvas- allows her to simultaneously experiment with points of view, scales and materials, and playfully move from one discipline to another.
