María Pía Torrejón

Bachelor of Arts in General Arts and Humanities by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. María Pía graduated from Corriente Alterna School of Fine Arts with honorable mention in Visual Arts, holding a degree through an agreement with the National University of San Marcos. She also graduated from the photography program at Centro de la Imagen. She held two solo exhibitions and has been part of several collective exhibitions at venues such as Museum of the Americas (Miami, 2011), Centro Cultural Ricardo Palma (Lima, 2013), Británico Cultural (Lima, 2016), with Fixed Gallery Lima at Centro Cultural Brasil-Perú (Lima, 2019), Forum Gallery (Lima, 2022) and at the Lima Contemporary Art Fair (Lima, 2021/2022). Her work encompasses painting, illustration and photography.
