Statement

Aninat Galería is a Chilean contemporary art gallery founded by Isabel Aninat. In 1982 she created a space whose objective is to generate a platform for debate, commercialization and critical refection on con-temporary art and new media. The gallery represents established and emerging artists whose conceptual practices are committed to research on social realities, politics and contingent issues. It has ties with important international galleries, curators, institutions and collectors, and has a trajectory in international fairs: ArtBasel, Arco, ArteBa, among others.
It is currently directed by Javiera García-Huidobro and Isabel Aninat.
