Statement
I work with geometric abstraction. The objective of my work is the interest in the recontextualization of the founding ideas of abstractionism, incorporating contaminations and reappropriations, mostly works from the sixties.
I am interested in points of concrete art, constructivism, kineticism and Op art that allow free transit and reconnections between ideas and forms belonging to different periods, traditions and categories in my own work. I focus on the evolution of abstract and kinetic art with a special mention of Op art, interrelating geometry, color, movement and sound, using the languages developed in the conceptual territory of abstraction, in the context of new technologies and new ways of producing. and spread the work.
