Marcos Temoche
Bio
Marcos Temoche is a Venezuelan-Peruvian artist who lives and works in South America. He graduated from the Armando Reverón University Institute of Higher Studies of Plastic Arts. He has participated in important exhibitions both in Caracas and in Lima. His work is part of important private collections and his participation in art halls such as the Arturo Michelena Art Hall and the Jacobo Borges Museum, both located in Venezuela, stand out.
Statement
Extended Territories is a contemporary art proposal by the Venezuelan artist Marcos Temoche, who, based on maps and bordering areas, develops a pictorial work, where the transformation, synthesis and expansion of the territory is proposed based on the different migratory processes . The artist invites us to reflect on our perception of country, region and geographical limits.
