Andrea Tregear 1982
He has been working with plastic material since he was 17 years old. His approach is through architecture, design, and sculpture; exploring the possibilities of creation through plastic material.
His work as main structure and constant curiosity is light; where his work manages to be composed of multiple layers of memory, light (color) and time where spaces are built and ordered to give rise to aesthetic silence in the midst of intense chromatic vibrations.
Nowadays he experiments with different platforms as secondary materials either in photography, and at the same time the investigation of organic materials, such as copper, plants, cement, generating mutation within the artificial in conjunction with living materials.
His pieces are part of collections in Peru, the United States, Brazil, Holland, Australia, England and Italy.
