Statement

" The gestures inside my work reveal three simple facts; nothing is perfect, nothing is finished and nothing lasts.
I move into a non-place between nature and culture, awakening a primitive behavior, developing new resources to build a type of concrete and wild knowledge. Through the artisan practice, it is possible to make tools that also are models of wisdom.
I explore the relationship between places, their stories, and the construction of our own subjectivities on the idea of inheritance and memory. Working through recovered and found objects, products of the discards of society as a trace of their unconscious gesture, which simultaneously carries their own proper and a foreign history, individual and collective. Investigating in these vertices on the premise of sharing, juxtaposing these same actions on different social structures, transmuting the concept of supposed cultural differences with an aesthetic creative sense."
