Statement

Wandering hybrids
Concerns regarding the understanding of existence, of our so-called life, of the condition of being, of the space-time relationship and the creation of images that I can potentially elaborate on, have channeled my artistic practice.
To do this I use research on eco-philosophy, landscape, geology, geography, archaeology, history, literature, architecture, astronomy, etc. This knowledge combined with intuition together with the plasticity and benefits of matter give origin to hybridizations that weave a network of questions and glimpses that arise by walking through the fluctuating impulses of life and death between the cracks of time.
In doing so, one of my concerns is to explore how, through the materiality of drawing, living beings, objects, phenomena or facts whose nature I intend to unveil can be read as a complete and unified polysemic entity when removed from its context.
