Bio
(Lima – Perú, 1981)
He completed his career at the Corriente Alterna School of Fine Arts, Lima, Peru.
He has participated in various personal and collective exhibitions in Peru, Madrid and Bogotá.
She was chosen in 2019 to create the Scotiabank Equal Pay Award.
She participated in International Fairs, in the US, Spain, Colombia and Peru.
Her most recent work opens a new path within the geometric proposals that are made in Peru.

Luis Lama -art critic- comments on the proposal:
…The work of Luisi Llosa opens a new path within the geometric proposals that are made in Peru. From the chosen material -usually Travertine marble- she creates a surface that shows the irregularities of her material to accentuate the manual process that she follows in the creation of her final forms. They are rectangular modules made of a material whose weight and volume favor the architectural and sculptural character of her work and reveal the author's rigorous construction process.
This work, which can be considered as wall reliefs, is put together to create rhythms that transcend ornament. The fact that paint is applied to the marble does not detract from the material's identity or nullify its sculptural character. It is enough to place these pieces on a suitable pedestal to verify it...
